Position Summary
The Retail Puller is responsible for accurately preparing, organizing, and staging frozen and refrigerated products for Arden’s Garden retail locations. This role supports daily store operations by ensuring orders are pulled correctly, scanned accurately, and organized according to Arden’s Garden inventory and food safety standards. Attention to detail, accountability, and pride in your work are essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull, prep, and organize frozen fruit from freezer storage for all retail stores
- Pull, prep, and organize retail juices from cooler storage
- Accurately scan, label, and track all products using Arden’s Garden inventory systems and stock numbers
- Ensure all products are pulled according to daily schedules and store-specific needs
- Verify order accuracy before staging to support smooth store operations
- Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled freezer and cooler areas
- Follow all food safety, quality, and temperature control standards
- Communicate inventory discrepancies, shortages, or quality concerns to leadership
- Support inventory counts, audits, and rotation (FIFO) practices
- Cross-train in wholesale order pulling after successful completion of retail training
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, and retail teams to support overall business needs

What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency
- Ability to follow systems, labels, and procedures precisely
- Comfortable working in cold environments (freezers and coolers)
- Dependable, team-oriented, and accountable
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Previous warehouse, food production, or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to work in freezer and cooler temperatures for extended periods
- Part-Time with the potential of Full-Time status (based on KPI success)
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 10 AM to 4 PM or finish
