Job Description
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for the total process of renting vacant units and lease renewals on the community they are assigned to. He/She is expected to display a strong commitment to company goals, values and provide excellent customer service to future and existing residents.
- Greets all potential and current residents
- Schedules tours with prospective residents, closing on the sale
- Daily management and follow-up of all prospective leads
- Create/Update ads online to drive traffic
- Enters Maintenance Requests and helps assist Manager with resident requests
- Prepare Lease paperwork for new and current residents

Two days off M-F (please note: weekends are mandatory part of regular work schedule)
Hours
M-F: 9:30AM - 6PM
Sat: 9:30AM - 5PM
Sun: 11:30AM - 5PM
