Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Consultant with over 10 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft development and functional expertise. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of one or more PeopleSoft modules (HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions, etc.), along with a strong understanding of PeopleTools, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, and SQR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation, upgrade, or support projects in PeopleSoft applications.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design, develop, and customize PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance tuning, and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using Integration Broker, Web Services, or other tools.
- Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Support system testing, UAT, and production deployment.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience with PeopleSoft applications (HCM / FSCM / Campus Solutions).
- Strong expertise in PeopleTools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, App Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, etc.)
- Solid understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, security, and upgrade methodologies.
- Experience with Oracle databases, SQL, and performance tuning
- Proven ability to lead technical/functional teams and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
