Description
Individual aide position available working 1:1 with students with a variety of instructional, behavioral, and/or medical needs at Village School. The position starts at 28.5 hours per week and will transition to 35 hours per week. Responsibilities include providing instruction, collecting data, implementing student behavior plans, assissting with feeding, toileting, and therapies. All training provided. The ideal candidate is compassionate, respectful, willing to learn, able to accept feedback, and possesses strong collaboration and communication skills. The desire to work as a team is required. Good attendance and arriving to work on time daily is essential.
Qualifications
An associate or bachelor degree in education or related human services is desired but not required. Previous experience working with students with special needs preferred.
Salary : $20 - $22
