What are the responsibilities and job description for the EAP Client Service Specialist position at Area Five Agency on Aging & Community Services?
This is a temporary, seasonal, part-time position. No supervisory responsibilities. Individual is responsible for taking EAP applications, data entry, calculation of income, providing Energy Education, and collaborative program duties as requested. Individual must have interpersonal skills which allow for effective communication between clients and utility vendors, while maintaining good organizational skills. Other duties as assigned and/or necessary to keep jobs moving. A high school degree or commensurate education is preferred with no prior experience or training required.
