Summary: As a salesperson for ARES Technologies, you will enhance the customer experience, build loyalty, and maximize sales. Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build lasting relationships with customer accounts
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information
- Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents
- Process orders
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Collaborate effectively with other departments
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of all products, services, and warranties
- Stay up-to-date through regular training
Required Skills:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong phone skills and active listening
- Two hand typing with minimum 40 WPM
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Associate degree or higher
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in customer service or sales
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Knowledge of automotive makes and models
