Summary: As a salesperson for ARES Technologies, you will enhance the customer experience, build loyalty, and maximize sales. This position requires multitasking, thriving in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor, and superb customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build lasting relationships with customer accounts
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information
  • Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents
  • Process orders
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all products, services, and warranties
  • Stay up-to-date through regular training

Required Skills:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong phone skills and active listening
  • Two hand typing with minimum 40 WPM
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Associate degree or higher

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in customer service or sales
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of automotive makes and models

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
