What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representatives/ Scale attendant position at ARG Services of WNY?
services our customers 5 days a week. This could include weekends, longer days, etc. Customer service is our #1 goal at ARG Disposal. Construction experience a plus with a general knowledge of dumpsters and debris removal. Engaging with customers in a confident and compelling manner, while performing the full range of customer service duties and responsibilities.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Generate sales leads
Must have the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
Prior leadership experience is strongly preferred
Strong Organizational / Communication/ and Logistical skills with solid problem-solving abilities.
Must have computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office products.
Knowledge of the surrounding areas
Minimum of two (2) years of customer service and/or dispatching
Any sales experience (a plus!)
Record day to day financial transactions
Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
Quote and book dumpsters
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
