The Inside Sales Associate acts as liaison between business customers and Argon Industries and is responsible for accurate and efficient entry of customer orders within the company database.

The Inside Sales Associate acts as liaison between business customers and Argon Industries and is responsible for accurate and efficient entry of customer orders within the company database.
Position Responsibilities
- Contract review
- Entering customer orders into the computer system accurately and efficiently.
- Tracking orders
- Provides support to Inside Sales as needed.
- Miscellaneous manufacturing software and database maintenance.
- Prioritizes workload to meet order deadlines and customer needs.
- Communicates order changes and other pertinent information to appropriate departments in an accurate and timely manner.
- Responds to phone calls and email inquiries.
- Miscellaneous Excel projects as assigned.
- Provides data and sales forecasts for material requirements and scheduling purposes.- Prepare and submit periodic reports on activities, sales volume, expenses, etc.
- Responsible to revise and maintain updated Work Instructions relative to Inside Sales.
- All other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or general equivalency degree required.
- Exposure to manufacturing and/or fabrication processes and equipment.
- Proficient computer skills required (MS Office suite).
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to meet the demands of the job.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Reliable, flexible, detailed, and organized.
- Communication and sense of urgency is crucial in this position when working with both internal and external customers.
- 5 years’ experience using an ERP system.
Salary : $25 - $35
