Position Summary: The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention. This position works directly with internal and external clients and stakeholders to plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Digital Marketing

  • Execute marketing campaigns for current and prospective customers.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic for clients.
  • Specialize in Google Analytics – including improving Google Ads accounts and maximizing return on investment.
  • Create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages.
  • Analyze and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
  • Have a strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).

Website & Social Media

  • Contributes to facility website maintenance, including editing text, photos, widgets, user and email notification settings, and communicating with website support.
  • Contribute to the company's online presence, including social media channels and the company website.
  • Corporate website maintenance, including text, photos, graphic elements and communicating with website support.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and district teams to ensure execution of priority initiatives.

Customer Engagement

  • Monitor customer feedback and online reviews, responding promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities.
  • Analyze customer behavior and feedback to refine marketing strategies.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns to deliver to executives and clients.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and SEO best practices.
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
  • Hold a Google Ads certification.
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
