We Are Hiring Enrollment Specialists
Location: White River Junction, Vermont, 72 South Main Street
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm
The role of the Enrollment Specialist is to receive and review new employee enrollment packets. If completely and correctly submitted, Enrollment Specialist performs contractually required background checks/screens to ensure that prospective employees are eligible to be enrolled as paid caregivers. Processes the results, interprets the findings, and notifies employers of prospective employees’ status (i.e., cleared/eligible to work or ineligible). Serves as a liaison to State and community partners related to the process and status of individual employee’s checks and all requested and approved variances of the State’s Background Check Policy. Acts as point person with required tracking and reporting of Background Checks.
Essential Job Functions:
• Receive and review Employee Enrollment information.
• Understand and facilitate the entire contractually required Background Check Process. legal and contract requirements and compliance imperatives.
• Ensure all processes are in line with legal and compliance requirements.
• Review Background Check Process results—and interpret findings as appropriate.
• Serve as liaison with State and community partners related to background check screening and variance process.
• Ensure that necessary data is entered and updated for tracking related to required periodic reporting.
• Serve as point person for periodic and ad hoc reporting related to Background Check Process.
• Communicate effectively with all Enrollment Specialists.
• Other duties as assigned.
