What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Assistant position at Arise Center?
Behavioral Assistants are responsible for providing support and capacity in behavioral and provide services for adults with disabilities. Their duties include addressing behavior management safety needs, supporting emotional and social needs, giving academic support, and implementing behavioral improvement plans. They also deal with physical management, behavior de-escalations. Behavioral Assistants will also collect data, write reports, and ensure health and hygiene protocols are adhered to.
Must be at least 18 years of age

References professional and personal
Local and Federal Background Check preferred
Have at least one year of verifiable experience working a a medical psychiatric, nursing or childcare setting or working with individuals who have a developmental disability.
