ArisaCare is looking for a qualified and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team!
Job Description
- You will be assisting the Director of Nursing in leading the nursing department in providing quality direct patient care.
- Organizing and directing the day-to-day operations of the department and ensure that it complies with local and state laws.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid, unencumbered LPN/RN license in the state of New Jersey
- Must have a minimum of one year of experience as a supervisor in a long-term care facility or other related health care facility
