We are seeking a Senior Manager of Treasury to join our organization and help support the VP of Group Treasury leading the Americas team locally in Las Vegas, NV.

What You'll Do
Reporting to the global VP Group Treasury, as the Senior Manager of the Global Treasury Operations team you will:
- Provide direction and guidance for direct reports
- Set goals and support development plans for direct reports
- Live the Group Finance principles, setting the culture for the team, participating in team events
- Review and approve, within delegation limits, global treasury transactions including share buy backs, foreign exchange, intercompany payments, and facilitate other credit line transactions
- Supervise daily global cash positioning and reporting
- Support troubleshooting of daily transaction issues, escalated by team members.
- Accountable for the delivery of Treasury month end process including the review and accurate recording of cash activity to the general ledger, intercompany interest calculations, net interest reviews, etc.
- Prepare/supervise the preparation of the monthly Treasury Report provided to the CFO
- Accountable for maintenance of signatories on all global bank accounts (over 250 bank accounts)
- Drive cash investment activities to optimise interest returns
- Perform periodic cost review of bank fees, earnings credits, and interest rates with banking partners.
- Serve as primary administrator on online banking platforms, and other treasury platforms.
- Monitor FX exposures by implementing and maintaining global FX exposures and develop recommendations to create natural currency hedges.
- Manage currency exposure and risk and optimize the use of capital.
- Prepare monthly global cash flow forecasting and reporting
- Identify opportunities for and support global cash movements including documentation of intercompany loans and internal funding projects
- Assist, as needed, on debt raising projects
- Collaborate with Group Finance Tax, Accounting and also Legal senior leaders on outcomes
- Develop and support implementation/operation of Treasury policies, procedures, and controls.
- Lead and assist with key Treasury improvement projects and initiatives. It is expected that you identify and implement improvement opportunities, working with global stakeholders, IT and external partners as required
- Prepare, review, and maintain internal control compliance within the department; ensure proper controls exist over cash receipts, disbursements, and general treasury activities.
- Review and support the negotiation of Treasury contracts with banks.
- Maintain strong bank relationships while managing global banking structure.
- Leverage existing banking relationships to open, manage, and maintain global bank accounts.
- Monitor and oversee existing bank account services and signatories including bank account administration for opening, migrating, and closing accounts.
- Evaluate and recommend banking products, services, and platforms, as appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal business partners including Financial Controllers, General Ledger teams, AR, AP, Legal, Payroll, Tax, and IT, located in all global locations
- Work with internal and external auditors
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field required; MBA or other related graduate degree preferred
- CTP, CPA, or CFA preferred
- 10 years of accounting and/or corporate treasury experience
- 3 years of leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills in dealing with internal and external customers and business partners
- Strong analytical, financial, and systems skills, including advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills
- Strong experience with treasury operations
- Knowledge of banking systems and experience is a plus
- Must be well-organized and detail oriented, effective at planning and priority setting to meet deadlines, and possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- This position will primarily work US hours Monday through Friday, but needs to be flexible to work with internal and external business partners in various time zones throughout the world
