EO Accelerator Arizona is seeking a hardworking, autonomous individual to serve as the part-time Chapter Administrator and empower a growing group of over 40 local entrepreneurs. This role includes administrative tasks, event management, supporting executives in a variety of board chair positions, and regular communication and follow up as the liaison between members and the Global organization. The primary goal of the Chapter Administrator is to maintain a healthy, growing chapter that consistently delivers the quality of EOA brand to its members for continued personal and professional growth.

A successful candidate is extremely personable, flexible, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the success of the program. This individual must be well-organized, excited about working in a collaborative setting, and attentive to details related to organizational requirements, daily tasks, and event management.

THE COMPANY

Founded in 1987, Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) is a peer-to-peer business network of more than 18,000 entrepreneurs in 219 chapters in 60 countries. The EO Accelerator (EOA) program began in 2005 and has grown to 99 chapters in 11 countries with 1900 EO graduates. The EOA program includes quarterly learning days, learning events, social events, access to mentors, peer-to-peer support, and executive education opportunities to promote personal and professional growth with an overarching goal of moving business revenue from $250k to over the $1MM mark.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Report directly to the EOA Board President and Board of Directors, as well as the EO Arizona Executive Director
  • Manage multiple projects, tasks, and priorities effectively with strong attention to detail and commitment to collaboration
  • Manage database of members and act as the main point of contact, working with them to resolve all questions and concerns
  • Keep members informed through email communications, weekly newsletters, and calendar updates, coordinating with EO Arizona Executive Director
  • Provide clear and concise communication regarding the direction and requirements of EOA to the members
  • Support the board with chapter strategic planning and execution, board meeting administration and communication, and scheduled chapter events throughout the year
  • Serve as the program historian, working closely with the EO Arizona Executive Director to maintain chapter health and strict adherence to bylaws and best practices
  • Must demonstrate professionalism in dealings with confidential information

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED:

  • Previous work experience in event coordination, project management, operations or similar roles
  • Well-versed in multiple software programs such as Monday.com, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, Slack and Adobe
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all stakeholders including entrepreneurial members, Global staff, vendors, and others
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED:

  • Event-related management and execution experience
  • Non-profit/association experience
  • College degree

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
