- First point of contact for the Vascular division. Screen phone calls and visitors, direct to appropriate staff or department when necessary; provide information requiring comprehensive knowledge and guides others on department policy, procedure and operations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel, interfacing patient and academic calendars for assigned faculty.
- Manage administrative component of Section including files, travel, reimbursements, and ensure that hospital, clinic, health agency, and academic deadlines are met.
- Coordinate physician's calendars to arrange incoming resident interviews, tracking numbers of responses, maintaining contact information, and scheduling of the research rotation during their residency program.
- Manage Podiatry call schedule.
- Assign faculty to SALSA Diabetic Foot Fellows and Podiatry residents.
- Maintain personnel files on all past, present, and future residents, students, and other clinical/academic/research personnel in accordance with UA policy.
