Arkansas Provider Coalition (APC) provides Care Coordination for Summit Community Care, helping individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health diagnoses maintain their health and independence. Working with Arkansas Medicaid, APC ensures patient-centered care through service referrals, follow-ups, and navigation. The care process includes assessment, care planning, medication management, service coordination, and monitoring adherence to ensure timely access to quality, cost-effective care.

Position Summary
The Training Coordinator at Arkansas Provider Coalition (APC) is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational performance. This role involves designing and delivering diverse training formats, conducting needs assessments, and performing coaching and consulting. The Training Coordinator also develops training materials, conducts research, and prepares reports, promoting continuous learning and compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the role requires maintaining confidentiality, using various software tools, and traveling for training-related activities, while supporting multiple departments within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and evaluate new hire orientation (NEO) and other various corporate training programs.
- Instruct and support the Leadership Academy program to develop future leaders.
- Present training using various instructional techniques and formats, both in-person and virtually.
- Lead focus groups and collaborate with leadership to achieve essential outcomes.
- Perform employee coaching, consulting, analysis, and evaluations.
- Assess training effectiveness and review content to meet learners’ needs.
- Organize and create comprehensive training materials and reports.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and ensure data confidentiality.
- Maintain a home office with reliable internet and secure company assets.
Qualifications

Education: Minimum completion of 2 years of college-level coursework in business administration or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of training experience. 3-5 years of corporate training experience, instructional design, or similar role preferred within managed care and/or Arkansas PASSE. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.

Skills: Strong communication skills in presenting both orally and in writing to individuals from diverse backgrounds and with different learning styles.

Hiring Hourly Range: $20.63 – $23.53 hourly. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's level of education, relevant experience, and overall fit for the role.
