Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role as an Adult Education Instructor at the Woodruff County Library in Augusta, AR, with occasional duties on the Searcy campus.
Duties include teaching basic reading, math, and language skills and teaching secondary academic skills to help students pass the GED exams. This person will also help students learn employability skills, financial and digital literacy, as well as assist them in earning a basic workforce certificate.
Qualifications

- Background in Education
- Experience working with adult learners
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field
- Current Arkansas teaching license
