What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Assistant position at Arlington Care Center?
Arlington Care Center is currently seeking a Full Time Maintenance Assistant to ensure the building operates as expected. The successful candidate will be experienced in facility maintenance, be dedicated to ensuring the facility maintenance schedule is adhered to, as well as, ensuring all essential equipment is maintained in a safe operating condition. The successful candidate will also exhibit behaviors such as excellent communication skills and the ability to assist the Maintenance Director in a variety of duties that include drywall repairs, painting, and minor plumbing and electrical work.
