SUMMARY
We are seeking a Bilingual Call Center Agent with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This individual will receive and make outbound calls to our customers to schedule their upcoming service appointment.
Responsibilities
- Receive customer calls to schedule their service appointments
- Make outbound calls to schedule customer upcoming service appointments
- Place follow-up reminder calls to customers for upcoming appointments
- Works cooperatively with the service department.
- Communicate with callers/customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Participate in customer satisfaction process
- Participate in customer retention process
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and positive demeanor
- Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
- Able to clear a pre-employment background check
- Maintains a professional appearance
- Bilingual is required
