What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Arlo Williamsburg?
Sungold, the new restaurant located in the Arlo Williamsburg is opening mid-March and we are looking to build a new team of motivated and passionate cooks with both experience and a desire to learn. The food will have a Mediterranean backbone and rely on season vegetables, well-raised animals, handmade pastas and breads, and wood fire.
Successful candidates will have:
- At least two years of fine dining and/or high-volume experience in New York City
- Understanding of sanitation practices and NYC DOH regulations
- Personal knives and tools
- Understanding of basic cooking techniques and knife cuts
