Duties & Responsibilities:

Implement a knowledge management program that aligns with NSWC PHD practices and fosters a culture of knowledge sharing. This includes assessing our needs, designing a customized program, selecting and implementing the knowledge management practices, and developing a comprehensive taxonomy to organize and access information.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficient in Microsoft Power BI dashboards and Sharepoint Sites

Minimum/General Experience:

• Three years of experience in:
  • Develop and maintain Microsoft Power BI dashboards and Sharepoint Sites;
  • Develop projects and processes using the Microsoft Power Application and Automation tools;
  • Maintain and administer permissions and access to products and applications;
  • Coordinating requirements with external customers;

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline and three years of experience in the Information Technology/Knowledge Management field.
• Allowable substitution: Seven years of professional experience in the Information Technology/Knowledge Management field.
