Role and Responsibilities
The role of the Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach is to guide and coach assigned clients through their training programs, assist the Director of Performance with programming and implementation of programs, and lead the program design, growth and coaching of team training. This individual is also expected to contribute to the upkeep and maintenance of the facility as a whole (cleaning, order, fixing equipment).
If applying as an ATC, you will have the ability of holding a dual role assisting and leading in the implementation of in-facility assessments, client on-boarding, treatments, and supervision of allocated private sport club practices, games, tournaments, and matches. This dual role will also help lead and supervise the development of interns.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Exercise Science/Kinesiology or coaching related field (required).
- CSCS certification through the NSCA and/or held CPT certification (required).
- At least 1 year of coaching/intern experience
- ATC/LAT within the United States and/or local applicable state (preferred)
- Ability to coach and communicate well with others.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
