Production Welder
Armstrong Steel, experts on pre-engineered building systems, is looking for a welder who has the desire to advance their career in manufacturing. Must be willing to work in a fast paced environment and take pride in your work.
Requirements:
- Welding school graduates are welcome. Must have an understanding of shop math, reading and understanding a tape measure to 1/16", blue print reading, welding symbols, general welding knowledge and general shop practice. - Prior experience GMAW (metal-core), crane operation perferred
- Experience working with Mig and Flux core. - The right candidate will be able to continuously weld to insure project deadlines are met. - Must be focused and accurately understand quality assurance requirements and the impact on welding processes and parts being processed. - Ensure all work is performed in a safe and professional manner. - Excellent attention to detail, ensuring all welds are 100% visually inspected prior to leaving the factory. - Understanding AWS D1.1 is a plus.
Consistent and punctual attendance is required. Following of all safety procedures is required. Steel toe boots required.

Job Location: Englewood, CO 80111
Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:00am - 1:30pm until Labor day weekend then hours go to 7:00am to 3:30pm.
