Description
AMHC has a new opening in our Ellsworth Outpatient Office for an Office Manager / Administrative Support Specialist. This person will be responsible for the operational delivery of all site services and resources. He/she functions as the office manager for the service site, supervises assigned site-based staff, and coordinates with other supervisors to ensure office practices are adhered to by all staff at the site. In carrying out this responsibility, this individual champions AMHC’s mission and values by facilitating the team’s success in achieving its service goals.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma is required
- 2 years of office experience is necessary
- Supervisory experience is preferred
Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Ensure service delivery practices, protocols, policies, and procedures are appropriately implemented and operational
- Oversee the management of resources including but not limited to routine maintenance, office space, staffing patterns and schedules, and access to service
- Conduct regularly scheduled team meetings with the entire site staff.
Schedule:
- This is an exempt position
- 20 hours per week Office Manager
