What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at ARP Hospitality?
The bartemder is responsible for preparing and serving evening evening dinners and drinks, greeting each guest and ensuring the guests’ are comfortable and overall satisfied.
- Providing personalized service to all guests
- Verify identification and age requirements of customers
- Mix traditional and creative cocktails
- Process payment from customers
- Clean glasses and bar utensils
- Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
- Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
- Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
- Other and all duties, projects, and tasks as assigned by manager.
