Job Description:
- Monitor the selection process and report applicant turnaround time to the supervisor.
- Track and document applicant progress, including candidate contact, interview outcomes, and reasons for rejection, to ensure compliance with Affirmative Action Plan requirements via ADP.
- Maintain detailed records of recruiting sources for each job posting.
- Track employee movement and opportunity access, including promotions, demotions, training, and other benefits.
- Prepare New Hire Orientation Manuals and track participation.
- Support the timely processing of personnel actions such as new hires, benefit enrollment/changes, transfers, merit increases, promotions, and terminations.
- Enter and maintain accurate employee information in HRIS and supporting systems (e.g., Excel).
- Create and maintain employee files in compliance with regulatory guidelines and document retention policies.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably ADP.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Experience in recruitment processes such as resume screening and applicant tracking is preferred.
