PT Retail Cast Member - Arribas Brothers at WDW

Company Information:

Arribas Brothers started as a small shop at Disneyland in 1967. Since then we have followed Disney Parks and opened stores all over the world. We demonstrate and showcase blown glass and engraving art forms for Guests that visit our locations. Our pieces are found in homes across the world, and our Cast Members create the memories that go with them.

Job Description:

We are looking for energetic, outgoing sales associates to work in our locations. This position is perfect for you if you enjoy interacting with people from every corner of the world. We have both indoor and outdoor locations in 3 areas; Magic Kingdom, EPCOT and Disney Springs.

This role will be very interactive and require Cast to engage in conversation and connect with Guests of all ages. Cast members will be expected to tailor interactions to the guest. Some locations are involved in artistic experiences and helping guests create their own art. Creative and energetic personalities can succeed in this role.

As a part-time position, the hours are scheduled up to 26 hours per week. There are currently Company discounts and other perks available for this position. These are subject to change.

For full-time positions, the hours are 35-40 hours a week and comes with benefits.

Scheduling requirements are more flexible for part-time, but both require night and weekend availability. Opening timing is usually between 8-10:30 am and closing from 9:30-11:30, but can change with the park hours. Time before opening and after closing is most often 30 minutes or less. Walt Disney World is open every day of the year, so we are open for every Holiday as well.

The more effective you are at sales, and the location you are in determines what that looks like. Total compensation (without benefits) is between $15-$17 per hour.
