The Accounting Associate will report to the Limited Partnership Controller and will manage the daily transactions of the limited partnership vehicles and other related investment projects.

The Accounting Associate will report to the Limited Partnership Controller and will manage the daily transactions of the limited partnership vehicles and other related investment projects.
Responsibilities
- General ledger analysis in order to facilitate month/quarter-end close
- Daily journal entries to record cash transactions related to capital calls and portfolio liquidations
- Process and review invoices for payments to vendors
- Track sales of investments and allocating proceeds and gains based on each partners ownership percentage
- Review and analyze partners’ capital account
- Assist the Controller with annual audit procedures
- Assist management with the preparation of financial statements
- Bridge loan facility allocation and payment
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 2-5 years of experience in private accounting required
- Partnership experience required
- Investment industry experience is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Macro skills and knowledge of Alteryx are a plus
