Responsibilities
- Support all functions of the real estate financing process
- Underwriting of assets/developments to evaluate new loan originations
- Coordinate closing deliverables with all applicable third parties to meet closing timelines
- Coordinate debt compliance obligations under existing mortgage debt portfolio
- Produce PowerPoint presentations outlining capital markets initiatives and recommendations to a variety of internal/external stakeholders
- Monthly and quarterly reporting obligations under loan documents
- Analysis of existing debt portfolio to determine near term strategic initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or accounting
- 3-5 years in financial analysis or real estate mortgaging finance or similar role
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills
- General accounting knowledge with familiarity of financial statements
