Location : Silver Spring, Maryland
Salary : $165k - $170k / annually ( other benefits)
Shifts – Onsite, Monday – Friday, Standard hours
We are looking for a qualified Electrical Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing electrical systems and components while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and optimize electrical designs for various systems, including power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation.
- Lead electrical engineering projects from concept to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and budget constraints.
- Conduct simulations, load calculations, and testing to validate designs and ensure reliability and safety of electrical systems.
- Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and system manuals, maintaining clear records of all engineering work.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEEE) and participate in audits and inspections as required.
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and other engineering disciplines to gather requirements and provide expert technical guidance.
- Mentor and support junior engineers and interns, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications :
