What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Handler - Assembly position at Arrow?
Job Requirements :
A High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide.
Ability to read & understand basic work instructions.
Ability to lift maximum 40 pounds.
Forklift Certification required (will go through Arrow Certification process as needed.)
Work overtime as required.
Job Responsibilities :
Review Assembly Specification.
Handling of all Assembly part and put in proper labeled location.
Observe flow of incoming material being used to detect any quality issues.
Proper housekeeping, sweeping and maintaining work area clean of debris.
Follow all general safety regulations, use provided safety equipment as required.
Perform inventory of parts once a month or as needed.
Report all shortages of Parts to Supervisor.
