Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with stakeholders to define and translate supply chain business needs into clear product roadmaps, requirements, and user stories.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of software product development—requirements gathering, sprint planning, testing, and release management.
- Collaborate with IT Engineering to design scalable, future-ready architectures that optimize performance across global supply chain systems.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure system success and business impact.
- Conduct advanced SQL-based data analyses to uncover supply chain inefficiencies, identify trends, and influence product decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement across Planning, Procurement, Inventory Control, Vendor Management, and 3PL operations with technology-backed initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, and Business Operations to align on priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Apply first principles thinking to streamline complex supply chain workflows and implement process automation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on ERP integrations and ensure alignment between system capabilities and business processes.
- 5–8 years of product engineering, product management, or system implementation experience within a Supply Chain, Procurement, or Manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience in Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, Vendor Management, 3PL Operations, JIT, and VMI programs.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional product initiatives through Agile and SDLC frameworks.
- Highly proficient with JIRA Software and Confluence.
- Demonstrated technical fluency in API integrations, cloud-based platforms, and ERP data structures.
- Strong analytical skill set with proficiency in SQL for trend analysis and business metrics reporting.
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated success in delivering production-critical systems or platforms with measurable business impact.
- Manufacturing or automotive industry experience.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Snowflake, or similar data visualization and analytics tools.
- Exposure to procurement automation or vendor management platforms.
