Job Overview:
ARS/Rescue Rooter is part of the largest residential home services provider in the US, dedicated to delivering top-notch HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical solutions across the country.
In this role, you will work directly with National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores, speaking with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, energy savings, and how we can benefit them. You will generate leads for a Free, In-Home Consultation or sell a home performance tune-up, with one of our industry experts taking over from there.

Key Responsibilities:
- Approach and engage with customers in a retail environment.
- Utilize a driven personality with an internal competitive spirit to exceed goals.
- Work weekend, high-volume, retail hours, including some holidays.
- Stand/walk during shift duration and maintain reliable transportation.
- Meet minimum age requirement of 18 years old at date of application.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently in a retail environment.
- Willingness to approach, speak, and engage with customers.
- Sales experience is preferred, but a vibrant personality can compensate.
What We Offer:
- Hourly rate plus commission pay.
- Average hourly earnings of $20-30 after commissions.
