- Connecting hiring managers with ideal candidates in a high-volume, fast-past recruiting environment.
- Supporting selected candidates through pre-employment process to ensure their onboarding experience is positive and efficient.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or other related field from a regionally accredited college or university preferred.
- Two years related experience required.
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-pasted environment.
- Works extensively with the web, databases and spreadsheets, Applicant Tracking System, Microsoft Office and electronic mail.
- Prioritizes multiple responsibilities.
- Collaborates effectively with others.
- Creative and resourcefulness skills needed to be able to handle various HR issues and concerns effectively while maintaining confidentiality.
- Problem solves and resolves conflict; researches, analyzes, and interprets data.
- Communicates well verbally and in writing.

- Exercises independent judgment and multitasks, prioritizes, and disseminates information accurately in a fast-paced environment.
