We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Member Service Representative to be the face of Art of Flight Golf and ensure our members have a seamless and enjoyable experience with us. As a Member Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our members while assisting them with their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Assist members with reservations, bookings, and inquiries related to our services.
- Provide information about our golf lessons, club fitting, fitness training, and membership packages.
- Process member transactions, including payments and membership renewals.
- Address member concerns, feedback, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones and managing email inquiries.
- Promote our services and membership benefits to encourage member engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the facility.
- Uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding member expectations.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or golf-related environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and point-of-sale software.
- Passion for golf and a basic understanding of golf equipment and services.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and customer-centric setting.
