Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Get the day's tasks organized prior to meeting with supervisor. Meet throughout the day with updates.
- Perform data entry and maintain records
- Provide executive administrative support including managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Answer and screen phone calls with professionalism
- Utilize electronic record and applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook Calendar for organizing tasks
- Transcribe notes and documents accurately
- Maintain organizational systems for efficient workflow
- Assist with general clerical duties as needed
- Assist with pick up and small errands to keep executive schedule moving forward
Requirements
-Speak clear English
- Good driving record
-Able to listen and dictate and follow direction
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in computer literacy and office software applications
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong computer skills necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
