Must have:
- Valid Driver's License.
- 3-5 years residential repairs knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry
- HVAC knowledge a plus. EPA Universal Type II certification required or ability to attain within 90 days of employment.
- Must be proactive and energetic
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to think outside the box
