What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Support Supervisor position at Arthur Center Community Health?
Arthur Center is seeking a community support supervisor to supervise up to 7 community support specialists supporting persons with serious mental illness in our Fulton location. The supervisor provides clinical leadership to community support specialists, conducts annual assessments, and provides crisis intervention to persons served in the program. This program is a rehabilitation program that is recovery oriented, person-centered and promotes wellness and harm reduction. The successful candidate must be a qualified mental health professional in the state of Missouri and possess at least a master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling or close-related profession. Salary is dependent upon experience. This is a full-time benefits eligible position. EOE
