We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for a full-time, on-site role at our Miami, FL office. Daily responsibilities include welcoming visitors, handling phone calls professionally, managing emails and correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with clerical tasks. Additional duties involve scheduling appointments, supporting internal teams with administrative tasks, and ensuring the front office operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including managing calls and welcoming visitors warmly.
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as scheduling, filing, data entry, and managing administrative tasks.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with office software, such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email tools, is an advantage.
