Artisanal was established in 2005. Artisanal is a Modern American, Fine Dining Restaurant set in a beautiful barn-style building. At Artisanal, team orientation, professionalism and where respect is key. Artisanal is structured and family-oriented. The restaurant is open for dinner only, May-October end, Tuesday-Saturday. Bartender
Duties
-Efficiently make classic and crafted cocktails per recipe.
- Maintain a clean and organized work place
- Adhere to all food and alcohol service standards
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service for customers
Qualifications
- Previous 4 years of experience as a bartender (higher end restaurant preferred)
-Have solid knowledge of spirits & making classic cocktails
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with food handling and safety protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
-Wine knowledge is a plus
Wage plus tips plus service charge
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
