Social Media Internship:
The Social Media intern will discover the ins and outs of social media while assisting with projects such as social media campaigns, discovering trends, creating content and much more. This internship is geared for students studying marketing, communications, or a related field. Students will be able to gain a deeper understanding of best social media practices while playing a role in the representation of ArtsQuest across several social platforms.
Major Responsibilities:
- Monitoring company Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media accounts
- Assist in the creation of social media campaigns and content
- Staying up to date with emerging trends across social platforms
- Tracking the progress of our social campaigns and reporting crucial developments to manager
- Brainstorming/executing ideas for videos and graphics
Specific Job Skills:
- Currently pursuing or holds a degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, or a related field
- Passion for and exceptional fluency across social media platforms – i.e., TikTok, Instagram
- Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Perform basic video editing tasks, including cutting and editing videos. (Adobe Rush, CapCut, etc...)
- Passion for the arts
- Detail oriented with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Well-rounded knowledge of current social media trends
