The Assistant Manager is an integral position of Arundel Lodge that creates the culture and quality of life that is experienced by the Persons Served of Arundel Lodge. The day-to day job responsibilities of an Assistant Manager include tasks like transportation, assisting with money management, diet coaching, shopping, cleaning, assistance with ADL’s, and teaching life skills, BUT the most critical thing that an Assistant Manager does at Arundel Lodge is to assist people in their journey of recovery from mental illness, physical illness, and substance abuse.
Bachelor of Arts degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field preferred.
One year experience working in the mental health/psychosocial rehabilitation field.
