Job Title: Corporate Logistics Coordinator
Job Location: Asbury Headquarters (Asbury, New Jersey)
Position: Non-Exempt / Exempt (Hourly)
Reports To: Corporate Logistics Manager
Job Overview: Prepares, routes and manages a company’s purchase orders and sales orders. Their main duties include reviewing shipment materials before distributions, collaborating with transportation systems to ensure prompt shipment pick-ups and monitoring shipment costs and productivity processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Tactically plan and manage logistics “moves” including customer sales, internal moves and warehouse inventory management using a transportation management system with a key day to day focus on scheduling and tracking inbound and outgoing shipments.
· Resolve any arising problems or complaints involving transportation of raw materials or finished goods. Address logistics errors to enhance client satisfaction focused on corrective action implementation.
· Ensure outbound orders are delivered to customers in a timely manner meeting or exceeding client expectation.
· Ensure ordered inbound goods reach the correct destination on time and at targeted or budgeted landed cost levels.
· Maintain KPI’s and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
· Comply with laws, regulations, internal procedures and ISO requirements.
· Train peers or other employees as necessary or assigned in areas of expertise.
· Prepare reports concerning supply chain and logistics
· Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with customers (internal and external), suppliers and internal team members
· Conduct internal/external team meetings to drive continuous improvement
Preferred Experience/skills:
Educational Requirements:
· BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
