- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and performance.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales management position.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Experience in the electronic components distribution industry is preferred.
- Experience with Zoho or Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
