What are the responsibilities and job description for the Claims Advisor - Call Center position at ASC Warranty?

The purpose of this position is to negotiate and adjudicate mechanical claims, applying technical knowledge to effect fair and prompt claims authorization.

Required Skills & Experience:

· Exceptional customer service

· Strong written and verbal communication skills (call center environment)

· Automotive knowledge is helpful but not required

· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

· Good negotiation skills

· Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment

· High attention to detail

· Organized

· Computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
