Translator Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)
Translate written materials (e.g., training documents, operational procedures, and internal communications) from English to Mandarin and vice versa.
Provide real-time interpretation during training sessions, meetings, and discussions to facilitate clear understanding.
Maintain accuracy, cultural relevance, and professionalism in all translations.
Assist the Training and Development team in preparing bilingual training materials.
Support trainers during sessions by providing interpretation and clarification for Mandarin-speaking participants.
Ensure training classes run smoothly by managing materials, equipment, and logistics.
Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely and accurate translation of key documents.
Maintain organized records of translated documents and training resources.
Assist in scheduling, tracking attendance, and documenting feedback for training sessions.
Translator Shift Info
Day Shift, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Monday - Friday
Translator Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)
Translator experience preferred (Mandarin/ English)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
