Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Execute product-specific test plans and procedures based on a specific set of instructions
• Collect and store test data
• Summarize findings in clear and concise reports
• Create records of test procedures, results, and observations
• Set up and operate testing equipment and instrumentation
• Collaborate with the test lead to drive tasks onsite

Key Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of control systems and communication protocols, such as Modbus, RS485, and CAN
• Ability to troubleshoot issues with test equipment as they arise
• Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn tasks
• Experience working safely around and hands-on with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) or related technologies
• Familiarity with energy storage systems and related technologies
• Experience with product testing and instrumentation tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good technical writing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)
