NOW HIRING: Home Health RN
This is an ideal role for an RN who loves independence, thrives in the field, and is confident managing a full caseload with strong OASIS skills.
Schedule & Contract Details:
- Location: KENTUCKY STATE WIDE
- Start: ASAP or within 2 weeks of offer
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Contract: 13 weeks to start | High likelihood of extension
- Guaranteed hours with productivity model — no more guessing
- On-Call: Varies per Branch
- Pay: Up to $120,500/ YR | PLUS mileage & full benefits
Available Locations:
- Louisville, KY
- Lexington, KY
- Franklin, KY
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Complete comprehensive patient assessments and determine eligibility
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Deliver skilled nursing services with confidence and compassion
- Accurately document using OASIS & HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB)
- Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and leadership
- Be the calm, professional presence patients and families rely on
Requirements:
- 2 years Home Health RN experience (multiple daily visits)
- Strong OASIS & HCHB proficiency —REQUIRED
- Active Kentucky RN license or Compact license
- License must be active at time of submission
