What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Operations Specialist position at Ascension Credit Union?
Answer all incoming calls to the Loan Department, assist with online applications, process and set up Visa accounts, review/audit all loan packages on a daily basis ensuring that all documentation is accurate and sufficient to perfect the liens. Monitor/maintain/follow-up on all exceptions listed keeping list at all times, note files when lien is perfected, process loan payoffs and release liens when necessary.
Must have some experience in loan processing.
