IT Web Development Program Manager

Location: Washington DC, DC, 20001 (On-site)

Job Description:

The IT Web Development Program Manager will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of web-based applications and systems. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, project management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the development and implementation of web-based applications and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders
• Ensure that projects adhere to established standards and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• PMP
• 5 years of experience in web development
• 3 years of experience in project management
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience with content management systems such as WordPress and Drupal
